As part of ‘Can You’ Association we empower people to achieve their goals and to reach their full potential. We believe that each person has many talents that can be unlocked only with a little boost from outside. Like this, all of them can discover who they are, what they are capable of, what they are good at and how they can really make a positive change in the world.
I am always saying that my job has found me. Once I started working with people, I understood that this is my vocation. I love my job because with our work in ‘Can You’ Association we not only motivate people, but moreover inspire them to find and fulfil their dreams and with the support of our efforts to turn them into accomplished goals. My motivation comes from the grateful people that we have supported during the years and the impact that we have achieved. All of this makes me satisfied and proud of what we have done.
What drives me in my work are the valuable results from it – the positive change in the people, the challenge to support them to develop their potential, the sustainable results that they achieve. I am also constantly learning and upgrading my own skills and abilities – our work is mutually beneficial for both sides. The knowledge that I have helped and supported someone, that I have contributed to someone’s well being and success is what drives me to strive to reach our organisational goals. By investing in the people, we create sustainability and build a better future for ourselves and the next generations.
