In the year of 2017, Simona initiated the launch of ChangeMakersON network inside the organisation, bringing together good doers, techs, scientists, educators, psichologysts and other backgrounds together. Until now, 173 successful social businesses have been supported (from scratch to acceleration). She is one of the cofounders of Lithuanian social business association, is in the board of sustainability advisors in ISM (International school of management), together with other colleagues established Singularity U in Lithuania and is one of leadership team, is sustainability executive and advisor in several stratups, together with partners established Calapult VC Europe which is focused to impact investments, belongs to Global Social Business Network.
