Natasha is the founder of Bold Voices, an award-winning social enterprise preparing and empowering school communities to recognise and tackle gender inequality and gender-based violence.  Passionate about the rights of women and marginalised genders, Natasha founded Bold Voices after completing a MSc in Gender and International Relations that inspired in her a drive to make understandings of structural inequality accessible to all. Bold Voices was founded on the belief that all young people have the right to receive an education free from gender inequality and gendered violence and this mission lies at the core of what the organisation does and drives the team everyday to keep empowering young people to understand and tackle these inequalities, recognising that it is up to us as educators and leaders within our community to ensure that the next generation are better equipped than we were to challenge these cultures. Natasha has facilitated workshops and delivered lectures on gender equality, feminism and women’s rights at multinational investment banks, start ups, schools and universities across the UK. In 2020 Natasha was part of the New Entrepreneurs Foundation Fast Track cohort following a 12 month entrepreneurial learning programme.
