Quote
My desire for this and the next generation of women is to embrace the power they have within to lead with courage, with strength that comes from vulnerability, and with responsibility for planetary and social well-being. More women, and everyone who identifies as such, raise to the role of responsible leaders who lead to create lasting systemic change over quick fixes and oversimplifying the problem. Instead of dividing, they build bridges and bridge the gaps. They are path-finders - they work with those who don't always share the same values because systemic change requires everyone to be on board. They foster co-creation and diversity, inclusive, equity-based community participation; and they empower others to take on the challenge, generating more responsible leaders - so that we can build on the continuous effort of regenerating Nature and humankind for this and the next generations.
