Kristina Notz is the Executive Director of the Social Entrepreneurship Akademie (SEA) and an experienced impact-driven leader in the field of Social Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship with a track record of working at the intersection of higher education, start-ups, and the non-profit sector.
Within the past decade, Kristina developed SEA into an international key player in social impact education embedded in a global university network. Prior, she worked for the Center for Applied Policy Research at LMU Munich as an expert on transatlantic relations and EU policies and as a business consultant. Kristina holds an M.A. in Political Science, European Law and French from LMU Munich and a Certificat d’Etudes Politiques of IEP Aix-en-Provence. Her enthusiasm for social entrepreneurship started in 2008 when she co-founded the German ideas competition GENERATION-D aimed at promoting young talents in solving global challenges. Ever since, Kristina has been driven by the vision to enable entrepreneurial minds to shape a better world and lead transformational change.
