Ines is an entrepreneur, producer and film director. In parallel to her university education, Ines directs and produces various creative audiovisual contents: short films, web-series, some of which have been selected in French and international festivals (Chicago, Berlin, Minneapolis, Albacete, Paris) and have been awarded (UN Women France Grand Jury Prize, Amnesty International) She developed skills in front of and behind the camera, and became a professional in the production of feature-length documentaries and fiction films, while being involved in non-profit organizations for the democratization of cinema and culture in underprivileged neighborhoods.
During her 8 years of experience in audiovisual production, she realized how difficult it is to access the creative industry for people who are far from the ecosystem: without a network, without means, without access to the most basic information: training, job opportunities, other artists to collaborate with. She then co-founded Onset, a web and mobile smart matching application that allows creators to target the right team of talents around their project, and artists & technicians to receive job offers and collaborations that match their profile in a targeted way. In Audiovisual, Performing Arts and Photography, open to Professionals and Students. Onset allows creators access to a network, information, and employment opportunities in the industry in a free, efficient, and easy way to make culture accessible to all and to connect creators beyond borders. Onset currently brings together a community of over 13,000 creators and talent scouts in France and Belgium.
