Fenella Chambers advises and manages support for social enterprises and charities looking to scale their impact in a sustainable way. She works with both corporate and social enterprise client partners to develop and facilitate programs of support for social entrepreneurs.
Fenella is a ten-year qualified associate in the Social Enterprise and Social Finance practice. She trained at Hogan Lovells and qualified into the Commercial and Retail Banking Team. In that team, Fenella’s work included the review and consolidation of terms and conditions across a CCA regulated card business, advising on the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations and advising a number of lenders on the implementation of the Consumer Credit Directive and the OFT’s Irresponsible Lending Guidance. Fenella has spent time post-qualification on secondment to a major retail bank.
