Catarina is the CEO of MOVE – a non-governmental organization for the development, that empowers entrepreneurs in communities of São Tomé and Príncipe, East Timor and Azores (Portugal), seeking to make a world where ideas and work have a fair return.
In addition to studying International Relations, Public Policies, and Social Inequalities, she majored in Management at the Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, where she taught Lean Entrepreneurship as an Assistant Professor.
For the last 3 years she also has been working on the sustainability strategy of a Portuguese healthcare company as Chief of Staff of the CEO, she taught Sustainability in Healthcare at the European University in Lisbon and, most recently she has the responsibilities of Head of Innovation at Semapa, a Portuguese investment company.
