Azza is a partner and co-founder of SkillLab, a social enterprise that connects people with jobs and education to provide equal opportunities for all. Her focus is on empowering women, youth, and marginalized job seekers to turn their skills into meaningful careers. She is committed to driving inclusive growth in the MENA and GCC regions, where she leads
partnerships for SkillLab.
Prior to co-founding SkillLab, Azza worked as an Information Management Specialist at the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), where she played a critical role in leveraging and optimizing information management to respond effectively to humanitarian crises. During her time at FAO, Azza developed modules for user-centered easy visualization of progress toward the three dimensions of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs 2030) – economic growth, environmental sustainability, and social inclusion – and facilitated performance comparison across countries or regions.
Azza is a social entrepreneur and international development professional with a passion for using her skills and expertise to create positive social impact.
