I am leading the efforts of Social Impact Award to unleash the power of a truly collaborative community and to provide a valuable support program for young social innovators across the globe. In this role, I design program elements using various innovative methods on the topics of social entrepreneurship, business and team development, community building, and wellbeing, as well as train the community of Social Impact Award organizers across the world to use them in their local realities. I also coordinate the delivery of the program across the globe and facilitate connections among the Social Impact Award community members.
Moreover, I am an experienced workshop and event facilitator, trained in design thinking and organizational development. I enjoy designing events that bring people together and I am curious about how people connect in different settings. I am a frequent speaker and moderator at events and conferences with a focus on social entrepreneurship, social innovation, and youth advocacy.
Before I joined Social Impact Award in 2018, I was a Program and Partnerships Manager at Razlivaliste (Serbia), coordinating Social Impact Award Serbia and other youth programs, with a strong focus on fundraising.
