Agnesa Kolica (33) is an award-winning social innovator for connecting people across cultures with the aim of building peaceful societies.
Influenced by her own migration and refugee experience from Kosovo, she founded Family Playdates in 2018, an organisation which focuses on bringing together local and refugee families in terms of building supportive social networks. This work was awarded by former German Chancellor Angela Merkel among others.
Recently she founded the tech-social startup Grow Together, a social matching platform, that matches newcomers and locals through a smart algorithm to intercultural buddy and community activities to strengthen social cohesion.
