Riccardo had a marketing career in the technology sector with Toshiba and Nokia before becoming CEO of a social enterprise in 2002. Adelante Dolmen works to include vulnerable people in the labour market through ICT services it provides. Between 2016 and 2020, he was the CEO of a health centre, Welfare Milano. which provides services for the staff and beneficiaries of social enterprises in Milan. He became an EN Director in December 2017, nominated by Consorzio SiS, an EN Member Organisation.
