John Kearns is the Chairperson of the Irish social enterprise network, SERI, and Chief Executive of Partas – a long-established and successful social enterprise in Dublin. He has a proven track record as an entrepreneur and holds a first-class MBA in Entrepreneurship. He has studied minority entrepreneurship in the US and until recently was the Irish representative on the GECES Expert Advisory Group to the EU Commission.
