Gerlinde is responsible for the implementation of some of EN’s projects under Erasmus+ and ESF+, supports the implementation of Social Tides powered by INCO with the support of Google.org, and co-leads the women in social enterprise initiative. Another aspect of her work is to support our members across Europe in accessing EU funding, through frequent webinars, our helpdesk and consortium building activities. 

Gerlinde is a co-founder of an impact-driven project herself and has a strong passion and background in (disability) inclusion, social work, human rights and project management. Besides her work at EN, she is also part of the Dutch Coalition on Disability and Development.
