Euclid Network is an ambassador of the Better Entrepreneurship Policy Tool developed by the OECD and the European Commission. We can support policy-makers and other interested partners at local, regional and national level in organizing an on-the-spot assessment of the public policies which enable the development of social enterprises. We can also support you in the development of a policy strategy to better enable the development of social enterprises in your territory.

Want to know how the tool works in practice? Find out more in our ARTICLE discussing a session on an assessment of the Impact Ecosystem in The Hague.

The Better Entrepreneurship Policy Tool is an online tool designed for policy-makers and other interested parties at local, regional and national level who wish to explore how public policy can:

  • Support youth, women, migrants and the unemployed in business creation and self-employment
  • Support the development of social enterprises

It was designed to stimulate thought-provoking reflection on inclusive and social entrepreneurship policies and programmes and promote learning through international good practices. Currently, it operates in 24 languages.

The Better Entrepreneurship Online Tool was created by the OECD and the European Commission, together with Euclid Network and other relevant stakeholders in social enterprise. Read about the co-construction of the tool HERE.
