Euclid Network’s latest Driving Positive Change session brought together members from across Europe to mark the launch of PeerEx 2026our flagship peer exchange programme designed to strengthen collaboration, knowledge exchange, and capacity building among Social Enterprise Support Organisations (SESOs).

The webinar introduced members to the next edition of PeerEx, providing an overview of the programme’s objectives, structure, application process, financial support, and key milestones. Participants also had the opportunity to learn about the matching process and explore how PeerEx creates meaningful opportunities for organisations to learn from one another, share innovative practices, and build long-lasting partnerships across Europe.

A highlight of the session was hearing directly from two former PeerEx participants, Danijela Paska, Impact Specialist and Researcher at Act Grupa, and Līva Švarce, Project Manager at the Social Entrepreneurship Association of Latvia. Through their presentations, they shared first-hand experiences of participating in the programme, reflecting on the value of peer learning, international collaboration, and the lasting professional relationships that emerged from their exchanges.

Their stories illustrated how PeerEx goes beyond a traditional study visit. By connecting organisations around shared challenges and areas of expertise, the programme enables participants to exchange practical knowledge, strengthen their support services for social enterprises, and develop collaborative approaches that continue well beyond the exchange itself.

During the session, members learned about:

  • The objectives and structure of PeerEx 2026
  • How the matching process works
  • Expected activities and deliverables
  • Available financial support and reimbursement procedures
  • Lessons learned from previous exchanges
  • The application process and key dates
  • Practical tips for designing a meaningful and impactful exchange

The discussions reinforced the importance of peer learning as a powerful tool for strengthening Europe’s social enterprise support ecosystem. As members shared questions and reflections, it became clear that organisations across the network are eager to collaborate, exchange knowledge, and learn from one another’s experiences.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who joined the session and, in particular, to Danijela Paska and Līva Švarce for generously sharing their experiences and inspiring our members to take part in PeerEx 2026.
