Euclid Network invites qualified translation service providers to submit proposals for the provision of professional translation services. This tender is open to individuals, agencies, or companies with proven expertise in translation across multiple languages and subject domains relevant to our operations.

Scope of Work
We are seeking translation services for the following:
- Languages: English ↔ Dutch, French, Greek, Swedish and Ukrainian
- Document types: training materials on applying digital transformation within the social enterprises
- Estimated volume: approx. 17,000 words
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Professional experience in translations in European Commission-funded or related projects or activitiesNative-level fluency in target language(s)
- Understanding of digital terminology
- Knowledge of social economy/innovations terminology
- Ability to ensure data confidentiality
Proposal Requirements
Proposals must include:
- Work process description (include average delivery time);
- References and Quality Assurance: provide a short description of the expertise related to this task (including references, preferably three);
- Description of the pricing model (price per source word/character/page, price for different languages or language pairs, hour-based model or something else): provide a detailed cost breakdown, such as price per word, page, or hour, VAT itemised.
- Indicate the Additional Costs: the price includes project management fees, proofreading, or specialised terminology work.
- Payment Terms: Clarify payment terms, including accepted methods, timelines, and potential surcharges for expedited services or larger projects.
- Name and contact point details of the translation service provider;
- Offer validity period.
- Proof of legal status (Chamber of Commerce registration and/or VAT number)
The maximum length of the proposal is three pages + the CV and references.
