In Members, Members, NEWS

It is with great pleasure we inform you of Euclid Network’s unanimous Board’s decision to offer Sir John Low our highest award and recognition as first Honorary Member.

EN would not have been the organisation it is today without Sir John Low as Founding Member and first President. His vision, inspirational leadership, work and ongoing support to EN and impact-driven leadership through his leadership at AVECO and CAF have made and are making huge contributions to the impact of civil society and social entrepreneurs in Europe and beyond.

We would like to thank John for his invaluable contribution and support to the foundation of EN and to our EN community and family. We hope we can continue to enjoy his invaluable advice, engagement and support for still many years to come and we look forward to creating many more beautiful events, projects, policy recommendations and memories together.

EN aims to establish a tradition of recognising and thanking exemplary individuals for their distinguished service to Euclid Network, our community and family, to the profession and impact of civil society and social entrepreneur leaders in Europe and beyond and to the protection of life and progress of mankind.

EN Honorary Membership will be among the most prestigious awards of our Association in future. Honorary Members will receive lifetime access to specifically tailored membership privileges.

In January 2018 Sir John Low stepped down as Euclid Network’s President, after serving ten years on the Board. He is currently CEO of Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) and was previously Chief Executive at the Royal National Institute for Deaf People (RNID), and before that had a 20-year career in the private sector.
