SEECEL, the South East European Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning, has produced 27 inspiring films to tell the stories of female entrepreneurs as part of the project “Women Entrepreneurs – a Job Creation Engine for South Eastern Europe“.

The short stories highlight best practices in female entrepreneurship from across Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Kosovo, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia and Turkey.

The films support SEECEL’s existing Training Modules for female entrepreneurs on customer centricity, enhancing financial literacy and increasing competences in leadership and motivation. Developed by SEECEL’s working group of international experts, the topics covered represent the most pressing training needs among female entrepreneurs in the Southeastern Europe and Turkey region, as recognised by the Women Entrepreneurs Training Needs Analysis System (WETNAS).
